วิธีใช้ :
1. ติดตั้ง Netcut ลงเครื่องเราในระบบ LAN (มีสายหรือ ไร้สายก็ได้) โปรแกรม Netcut จะทำการ ค้นหา เครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์ในระบบ LAN
โดยการตรวจสอบ IP และร้องขอ MAC Address ของเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์ในระบบ

2. เลือกเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์ภายในระบบ LAN ที่จะทำการปิดการให้บริการอินเทอร์เน็ต
กดปุ่มปิด (Cut Off)เครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์ที่ถูก Cut off จะไม่สามารถใช้งานอินเทอร์เน็ตได้ในทันที

3. เมือต้องการเปิดให้เครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์ที่ถูก Cut off สามารถใช้อินเทอร์เน็ตได้ก็เพียงเลือก Resume
เครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์ที่ถูก Cut off ภายหลังจาก Resume ก็สามารถทำงานได้ปกติ
